ProphetPrints enables faith-based communities to create branded online stores without managing hosting, design, inventory, or fulfillment. Services include:

Users, including community administrators and buyers, agree to:
Users are solely responsible for the content they provide and its compliance with these Terms.
ProphetPrints sets product prices, including merchandise costs, shipping fees, and applicable taxes, based on agreements with third-party fulfillment providers (e.g., Printful). Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe). Communities receive a commission on sales, paid monthly via bank transfer or PayPal. Users are responsible for reporting any taxable income as required by law.
ProphetPrints is not responsible for payment disputes arising from third-party gateway errors or user-provided payment information.
All sales are subject to the return and refund policies of our third-party fulfillment provider (Printful), accessible at their website. ProphetPrints will facilitate communication for returns but is not liable for fulfillment issues beyond our control (e.g., shipping delays, product defects).
Content provided by communities (e.g., logos, designs) remains their property, but you grant ProphetPrints a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce such content for storefront creation, marketing, and order fulfillment. AI-generated designs are subject to the licensing terms of the AI tool provider.
All ProphetPrints branding, website content, and proprietary technology (e.g., search interfaces, map displays) are owned by ProphetPrints and may not be reproduced without permission.
ProphetPrints relies on third-party services, including Printful for fulfillment, Google Maps for community search, and Stripe for payments. These services have their own terms and conditions, accessible via their respective websites. ProphetPrints is not responsible for interruptions, errors, or changes in third-party services.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. ProphetPrints is not liable for:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProphetPrint’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services through the Platform.
ProphetPrints may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violating these Terms, including uploading unlawful content, non-payment, or misuse of the Platform. Communities may request storefront removal by contacting us. Earned commissions will be paid per the payment schedule upon termination.
ProphetPrints may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
